"Early on, I realized that either I could try to present the most perfect
portrait of myself, or I could be honest. I may sometimes seem like I'm
exposing something really private, but at least it's totally me. I don't have
some secret, some skeleton.
-Angelina Jolie
Catherine began her yoga training with a certification in Yoga for the Special Child, with Sonia Sumar, in 2003. Her initial interest was to incorporate yoga techniques into her work as a pediatric physical therapist. As Catherine continued with her own practice, her desire to further understand yoga lead her to her 200 hour certification, which she completed in 2004, at Sundari Yoga & Wellness. Catherine believes that yoga has supported her through some very challenging times, and would like to share the experience of yoga with others. Catherine teaches the anatomy portion of the Sundari Yoga Teacher Training.
