| 1. Yoga Class Cards are non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person but it must be discussed with staff first. 2. Yoga Class Cards have expirations. 5 classes = 2months, 10 classes=3 months, 30 classes=6 months. Expirations are strictly enforced unless a student has a written medical excuse or will be on a business related travel matter. 3. Classes begin promptly. Please come a bit early to handle any front desk paperwork and to give yourself time to transition into your yoga practice. Students will NOT be permitted to enter the practice space once the class has begun. 4. Please enter the practice space with observed silence so that we may help to cultivate an environment for introspection. 5. Try not to eat a heavy meal at least two hours before class. 6. Wear loose comfortable clothing that is layered. If you do not have a yoga sticky mat, you may rent one of ours for $1. 7. Our schedule is changed quarterly. We try to stay open on most holidays for at least one class but are always closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and July 4th. |
